What services does Ayna Construction offer?
Ayna Construction works in three main areas: (1) Project Implementation — construction contracting for hotels, malls, mass housing, factories and mixed-use buildings; (2) Design & Implementation — interior architecture, decoration and turnkey projects; (3) Real Estate Development — its own branded residential projects. It also carries out turnkey renovation and office fit-out work.
Which cities and regions does Ayna Construction serve?
Our head office is in Esenyurt, Istanbul, and we serve across Turkey, primarily Istanbul. We also have an office in Sofia, Bulgaria (Ayna Construction EOOD) and deliver international projects such as A.C. Residence and Golden Eye in Svilengrad.
What does turnkey construction and renovation include?
In turnkey service we manage the entire process from a single source — site analysis, permits and application projects, structural and finishing works, and the occupancy permit. In renovation, demolition, infrastructure, drywall, painting, custom furniture and decoration are included, and the space is delivered ready to live or work in.
Do you offer land-for-flats (kat karşılığı) construction and urban transformation?
Yes. We develop projects on a land-for-flats basis for landowners and urban transformation requests, handling zoning and feasibility analysis, architectural design, permits and on-time delivery. You can submit your request via the 'Land and Project Development' form on our Contact page.
Do you provide interior design and office fit-out?
Yes. With our architect-led team we provide interior design, 3D visualization, custom furniture manufacturing and office fit-out for homes, mansions, villas and commercial/corporate spaces.
Which reference projects have you worked on?
We took part in the finishing and implementation works of landmark buildings such as Emaar Square (mall, residences and amenities), Grand Hotel Tarabya, Koruflorya Mall, Zorlu Center penthouse and Astoria Mall. In Bulgaria we are developing the Golden Eye entertainment complex and our own brand A.C. Residence residential project.

Ayna Construction was founded in 2005 from an architect's vision; we have over 20 years of industry experience and work with a high on-time delivery rate.
